Michelle, his office manager was extremely helpful in checking out my insurance coverage and got back to me in a timely manner! She has a sweet personality and always makes me feel welcome! I have had acupuncture treatments in the past, but Peter’s approach to treatment was more about treating the patient and not just the pain. Although my treatments were interrupted several times due to oral surgery and a death in the family, I have had much relief in my neck and with arthritis in different parts of my body! Peter has another acupuncturist working with him! Her name is Lindsey. Lindsey also sees patients one on one or she will work with Peter to get patients started or ending the sessions! They work well together! I have since recommended two of my closest friends to Peter. They have not been there yet, but they are planning a visit soon! I look forward to my visit each week to this office, because I know that I will be in less pain when I leave! Thank you Peter, Lindsey, and Michelle!

I have calf, hamstring, knee, and hip issues, and not working out is NOT an option. So whenever I have an issue Pete knows exactly what to do to alleviate it! If you have been on the fence about acupuncture, or have been too afraid to try it, don't be! You will have a positive and comfortable experience with Pete and the whole DeCicco Acupuncture Group. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to create the best treatment plan for your condition. I visited Pete three years ago for pain caused by a nerve entrapment in my heel. I was told it could only be fixed by surgery and that only two doctors in the country could perform that surgery. Four treatments by Pete later, my foot was completely healed. I am currently in his care for pain in my knee/meniscus area. Pete tested my knee and quickly diagnosed it as a muscle/soft tissue injury. After one treatment, I felt great. After my second, the pain behind and around my knee was basically gone. Today was my third treatment for this condition and it continues to improve! I told Pete that I had been experiencing some anxiety recently. He treated me for it during one of my sessions and I have truly been relaxed ever since. I would recommend DeCicco Acupuncture to anyone for ANYTHING!

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis along with having ruptured and herniated discs in my neck... read more and lower back which has caused a lot of constant pain, discomfort, and dizziness. Ive gone to so many different doctors and she has been the only person to give me any relief. She really takes her time with her clients and addresses any questions or concerns along with giving some at home instructions to help aid the process. Within a few weeks, we knocked it down to once a week, but within two months of seeing her, my plantar fasciitis completely resolved itself. Lindsie is skilled and knowledgeable, and I could tell how passionate she is about her work and helping her patients. Besides Lindsie, I can also say the staff here is super helpful and lovely to work with. Michelle was always responsive to my emails and phone calls, helping me to schedule, reschedule, and gather statements for reimbursement through my insurance. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for these types of services, especially if you are passionate about your sport, like I am. These folks get it.

Peter listened to what I had to... read more say and showed tremendous empathy. He explained the different reasons why my body responded the way it did. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family. This is why I gave Peter’s practice 5 stars.

Lindsie set out a plan from the beginning to get me back to at least low mileage and delivered on that plan. I will continue to go back for tune ups when needed but the difference between how I feel now and 6 months ago is remarkable. He is so knowledgeable and was so honest about what was needed to achieve this goal. He worked closely with the timing of each cycle so whatever he was doing would coincide with the medication/treatment that my doctor put me on. I’ve been to other practices for acupuncture on and off for years and it seemed as though they would address too many issues at one time where Pete remained focused on the priority at hand. Today I have a beautiful and healthy 9 month old baby girl! I am so lucky I found him and couldn’t recommend him enough. Although I was reluctant to try acupuncture again I decided to give it one more try especially after I found out that he had worked with my chiropractor who highly recommended him. Well I must say that it was well worth it! Peter has helped me so much! My pain is dramatically reduced in only a few sessions, I am no longer afraid of the needles, I sleep better and I actually look forward to my sessions! He is very kind, very gentle and extremely professional. I have been to 7 or 8 different acupuncturists and there is no doubt in my mind that Peter DeCicco is the best! Happy that there is an alternative . Wanted to stay away from Botox and filler‘s. Was introduced to Greer , she would be doing my facial acupuncture . She was very thorough and went over the procedure and my overall health . Greer was amazing!! Totally painless and my skin was glowing!! Today it actually felt a bit tighter!!
