His office assistant Michelle is just as accommodating and professional. I was diagnosed and treated for biceps tendonitis in my dominant arm. I could barely move my arm and had terrible pain. Pete diagnosed me with confidence right away. At the end of my treatment, I was 100% healed with complete range of motion. I would most definitely recommend this place. • Back in the beginning of May I woke up one day and the whole left side of my face had no movement! I am 34 years old and the next... read more day was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. My sister did some research for me and learned that acupuncture has had great success. We immediately reached out to Pete at DeCicco Acupuncture. I was so freaked out that I would never get movement back in my face. After only my first two sessions with Pete we started to notice at least 85% movement back. I went for another 4 sessions, but by session 4 we saw 100% movement back! I was so pleased with how comfortable Pete and Michelle made me feel and at the very same time so professional and informative. After my Bell’s palsy appointments were complete, for over a month after, I started to feel this pulsating feeling in my right ear. All day every day! I went back to Pete and right away after one session I was amazed. Not only did the pulsating feeling basically go away, we realized the tightness in my neck and shoulders. The very next day I felt like I went for a deep tissue massage. I went back for a 2nd appointment only because I felt that pulsating feeling one more time. I have never felt more relaxed ever in my life then I had at every appointment. Lindsie set out a plan from the beginning to get me back to at least low mileage and delivered on that plan. I will continue to go back for tune ups when needed but the difference between how I feel now and 6 months ago is remarkable. Peter listened to what I had to... read more say and showed tremendous empathy. He explained the different reasons why my body responded the way it did. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family. This is why I gave Peter’s practice 5 stars.
