He takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to create the best treatment plan for your condition. I visited Pete three years ago for pain caused by a nerve entrapment in my heel. I was told it could only be fixed by surgery and that only two doctors in the country could perform that surgery. Four treatments by Pete later, my foot was completely healed. I am currently in his care for pain in my knee/meniscus area. Pete tested my knee and quickly diagnosed it as a muscle/soft tissue injury. After one treatment, I felt great. After my second, the pain behind and around my knee was basically gone. Today was my third treatment for this condition and it continues to improve! I told Pete that I had been experiencing some anxiety recently. He treated me for it during one of my sessions and I have truly been relaxed ever since. I would recommend DeCicco Acupuncture to anyone for ANYTHING!

It got so bad that I began experiencing numbness and cramping in my fingers/wrist while working on patients. After 3-4 sessions with pete, all of my symptoms are gone. He is amazing!!!! I love how he explains things to you and you can tell his dedication to helping his patients. I highly recommend!! Ps. Pete and the staff are taking great precautions during this pandemic. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family. This is why I gave Peter’s practice 5 stars.

WOW! My pain has reduced drastically & my medications have become almost unnecessary. I have now been going every week now for a couple months and plan to continue as I am learning that Dr DeCicco specializes in many forms of pain management. If you are in any kind of pain, I highly recommend Dr DeCicco. In addition, he is caring, kind & sincere.

Before coming... read more here I could barely last an hour walking or standing without having to lay down and rest my back multiple times during the day, I tried physical therapy even acupuncture at another place and back medications and nothing was working for me. I had very little hope walking in but figured I'd give acupuncture another go since another friend recommended this place after having gone and been successful. Now I can't wait for my next treatment! His advice and care for my treatment is above and beyond! I'm back to doing activities with my kiddos, doing Pilates and yoga. Everyone here from the front desk is amazing (Michelle is a gem!). I highly recommend if you're having back issues or stress issues to give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Although I was reluctant to try acupuncture again I decided to give it one more try especially after I found out that he had worked with my chiropractor who highly recommended him. Well I must say that it was well worth it! Peter has helped me so much! My pain is dramatically reduced in only a few sessions, I am no longer afraid of the needles, I sleep better and I actually look forward to my sessions! He is very kind, very gentle and extremely professional. I have been to 7 or 8 different acupuncturists and there is no doubt in my mind that Peter DeCicco is the best! His office assistant Michelle is just as accommodating and professional. I was diagnosed and treated for biceps tendonitis in my dominant arm. I could barely move my arm and had terrible pain. Pete diagnosed me with confidence right away. At the end of my treatment, I was 100% healed with complete range of motion. I would most definitely recommend this place. Michelle, his office manager was extremely helpful in checking out my insurance coverage and got back to me in a timely manner! She has a sweet personality and always makes me feel welcome! I have had acupuncture treatments in the past, but Peter’s approach to treatment was more about treating the patient and not just the pain. Although my treatments were interrupted several times due to oral surgery and a death in the family, I have had much relief in my neck and with arthritis in different parts of my body! Peter has another acupuncturist working with him! Her name is Lindsey. Lindsey also sees patients one on one or she will work with Peter to get patients started or ending the sessions! They work well together! I have since recommended two of my closest friends to Peter. They have not been there yet, but they are planning a visit soon! Would like to mention my daughter was petrified of needles and she did great bc of him. I went to Pete for calf muscle tear. I wasn’t able to run for 2 months and I was mentally loosing it .   There are really no words to describe the appreciation I have for Pete and his practice. After I completed two rounds of IVF with “poor quality” egg results, my doctor... read more told me there was nothing I could do. I asked about acupuncture and he told me it would only ease my anxiety, nothing with the quality of eggs or my cycle. As a medical provider myself, I knew this just sounded wrong. I left his practice and went to another fertility practice who had a different approach and truly supported acupuncture. I also began to google fertility acupuncturists “near me” with late hours and weekend hours that worked for my work schedule -DeCicco Acupuncture was all the above. I first met Pete 2/2023 as a desperate helpless person trying to become pregnant. He listened to me and created a plan to optimize my results. After going to Pete and Lindsie for 4 months, two times a week (longer than initially planned due to delayed cycles), I went forward with my third egg retrieval at my new clinic. The retrieval yielded astoundingly different results than my first two cycles. We were able to freeze 5 embryos of decent - excellent quality. I literally cried tears of joy. I continued to see Pete twice a week to prep for my transfer 2 months later. Our first transfer was 8/21/2023 and my son was born 4/20/2024. It took me a really long time to write this review as the whole IVF process makes you very superstitious of how many things can go wrong or get delayed. I sit here writing this, looking at my son, and am so thankful for my google that led me to Pete. Over the months, he became a friend who I will gladly go back to any day for treatment. If you are trying to get pregnant and are struggling, please don’t hesitate any longer and make your acupuncture appointment. It is the best money you will ever spend.

Lindsie set out a plan from the beginning to get me back to at least low mileage and delivered on that plan. I will continue to go back for tune ups when needed but the difference between how I feel now and 6 months ago is remarkable.
