His office assistant Michelle is just as accommodating and professional. I was diagnosed and treated for biceps tendonitis in my dominant arm. I could barely move my arm and had terrible pain. Pete diagnosed me with confidence right away. At the end of my treatment, I was 100% healed with complete range of motion. I would most definitely recommend this place. Before coming... read more here I could barely last an hour walking or standing without having to lay down and rest my back multiple times during the day, I tried physical therapy even acupuncture at another place and back medications and nothing was working for me. I had very little hope walking in but figured I'd give acupuncture another go since another friend recommended this place after having gone and been successful. Now I can't wait for my next treatment! His advice and care for my treatment is above and beyond! I'm back to doing activities with my kiddos, doing Pilates and yoga. Everyone here from the front desk is amazing (Michelle is a gem!). I highly recommend if you're having back issues or stress issues to give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Peter listened to what I had to... read more say and showed tremendous empathy. He explained the different reasons why my body responded the way it did. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family. This is why I gave Peter’s practice 5 stars.

I had a C4/5 herniated disk about 10 years ago that wound up with a fluoroscopy guided steroid epidural treatment for pain. About 3 years post procedure I was feeling weakness and tiredness in my neck especially at night. Not wanting to have another surgical procedure done, I decided to try acupuncture. Pete and his staff were very up front with what I could expect and what my out of pocket responsibility would be. We even discussed a treatment plan that would be best for me moving forward. I’ve now been a patient for about 6 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my neck. He’s helped me with not only pain management, but managing stress, anxiety and general maintenance. I recommend DeCicco Acupunture to anyone looking for a non-surgical approach to getting their body back on track.

WOW! My pain has reduced drastically & my medications have become almost unnecessary. I have now been going every week now for a couple months and plan to continue as I am learning that Dr DeCicco specializes in many forms of pain management.   Back in the beginning of May I woke up one day and the whole left side of my face had no movement! I am 34 years old and the next... read more day was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. My sister did some research for me and learned that acupuncture has had great success. We immediately reached out to Pete at DeCicco Acupuncture. I was so freaked out that I would never get movement back in my face. After only my first two sessions with Pete we started to notice at least 85% movement back. I went for another 4 sessions, but by session 4 we saw 100% movement back! I was so pleased with how comfortable Pete and Michelle made me feel and at the very same time so professional and informative. After my Bell’s palsy appointments were complete, for over a month after, I started to feel this pulsating feeling in my right ear. All day every day! I went back to Pete and right away after one session I was amazed. Not only did the pulsating feeling basically go away, we realized the tightness in my neck and shoulders. The very next day I felt like I went for a deep tissue massage. I went back for a 2nd appointment only because I felt that pulsating feeling one more time. I have never felt more relaxed ever in my life then I had at every appointment.
