Although I was reluctant to try acupuncture again I decided to give it one more try especially after I found out that he had worked with my chiropractor who highly recommended him. Well I must say that it was well worth it! Peter has helped me so much! My pain is dramatically reduced in only a few sessions, I am no longer afraid of the needles, I sleep better and I actually look forward to my sessions! He is very kind, very gentle and extremely professional. I have been to 7 or 8 different acupuncturists and there is no doubt in my mind that Peter DeCicco is the best! She referred me to... read more DeCicco Acupuncture where I met Pete and I truly believe that his work helped me get pregnant. He is so knowledgeable and was so honest about what was needed to achieve this goal. He worked closely with the timing of each cycle so whatever he was doing would coincide with the medication/treatment that my doctor put me on. I’ve been to other practices for acupuncture on and off for years and it seemed as though they would address too many issues at one time where Pete remained focused on the priority at hand. Today I have a beautiful and healthy 9 month old baby girl! I am so lucky I found him and couldn’t recommend him enough. It got so bad that I began experiencing numbness and cramping in my fingers/wrist while working on patients. After 3-4 sessions with pete, all of my symptoms are gone. He is amazing!!!! Before coming... read more here I could barely last an hour walking or standing without having to lay down and rest my back multiple times during the day, I tried physical therapy even acupuncture at another place and back medications and nothing was working for me. I had very little hope walking in but figured I'd give acupuncture another go since another friend recommended this place after having gone and been successful. Now I can't wait for my next treatment! His advice and care for my treatment is above and beyond! I'm back to doing activities with my kiddos, doing Pilates and yoga. The second you walk into his office (which is calm, relaxing, and nicely decorated), you know that you matter... read more and that you are cared about. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to create the best treatment plan for your condition. I visited Pete three years ago for pain caused by a nerve entrapment in my heel. I was told it could only be fixed by surgery and that only two doctors in the country could perform that surgery. Four treatments by Pete later, my foot was completely healed. I am currently in his care for pain in my knee/meniscus area. Pete tested my knee and quickly diagnosed it as a muscle/soft tissue injury. After one treatment, I felt great. After my second, the pain behind and around my knee was basically gone. Today was my third treatment for this condition and it continues to improve! I told Pete that I had been experiencing some anxiety recently. He treated me for it during one of my sessions and I have truly been relaxed ever since. I would recommend DeCicco Acupuncture to anyone for ANYTHING!
