WOW! My pain has reduced drastically & my medications have become almost unnecessary. I have now been going every week now for a couple months and plan to continue as I am learning that Dr DeCicco specializes in many forms of pain management. If you are in any kind of pain, I highly recommend Dr DeCicco. In addition, he is caring, kind & sincere.

• Back in the beginning of May I woke up one day and the whole left side of my face had no movement! I am 34 years old and the next... read more day was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy. My sister did some research for me and learned that acupuncture has had great success. We immediately reached out to Pete at DeCicco Acupuncture. I was so freaked out that I would never get movement back in my face. After only my first two sessions with Pete we started to notice at least 85% movement back. I went for another 4 sessions, but by session 4 we saw 100% movement back! I was so pleased with how comfortable Pete and Michelle made me feel and at the very same time so professional and informative. After my Bell’s palsy appointments were complete, for over a month after, I started to feel this pulsating feeling in my right ear. All day every day! I went back to Pete and right away after one session I was amazed. Not only did the pulsating feeling basically go away, we realized the tightness in my neck and shoulders. The very next day I felt like I went for a deep tissue massage. I went back for a 2nd appointment only because I felt that pulsating feeling one more time. I have never felt more relaxed ever in my life then I had at every appointment. Michelle, his office manager was extremely helpful in checking out my insurance coverage and got back to me in a timely manner! She has a sweet personality and always makes me feel welcome! I have had acupuncture treatments in the past, but Peter’s approach to treatment was more about treating the patient and not just the pain. Although my treatments were interrupted several times due to oral surgery and a death in the family, I have had much relief in my neck and with arthritis in different parts of my body! Peter has another acupuncturist working with him! Her name is Lindsey. Lindsey also sees patients one on one or she will work with Peter to get patients started or ending the sessions! They work well together! I have since recommended two of my closest friends to Peter. They have not been there yet, but they are planning a visit soon! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to create the best treatment plan for your condition. I visited Pete three years ago for pain caused by a nerve entrapment in my heel. I was told it could only be fixed by surgery and that only two doctors in the country could perform that surgery. Four treatments by Pete later, my foot was completely healed. I am currently in his care for pain in my knee/meniscus area. Pete tested my knee and quickly diagnosed it as a muscle/soft tissue injury. After one treatment, I felt great. After my second, the pain behind and around my knee was basically gone. Today was my third treatment for this condition and it continues to improve! I told Pete that I had been experiencing some anxiety recently. He treated me for it during one of my sessions and I have truly been relaxed ever since. I would recommend DeCicco Acupuncture to anyone for ANYTHING!

Happy that there is an alternative . Wanted to stay away from Botox and filler‘s. Was introduced to Greer , she would be doing my facial acupuncture . She was very thorough and went over the procedure and my overall health . Greer was amazing!! Totally painless and my skin was glowing!! Today it actually felt a bit tighter!! Before coming... read more here I could barely last an hour walking or standing without having to lay down and rest my back multiple times during the day, I tried physical therapy even acupuncture at another place and back medications and nothing was working for me. I had very little hope walking in but figured I'd give acupuncture another go since another friend recommended this place after having gone and been successful. Now I can't wait for my next treatment! His advice and care for my treatment is above and beyond! I'm back to doing activities with my kiddos, doing Pilates and yoga.   I started with Peter because I had chronic muscle aches and fatigue from fibromyalgia. This created down mood swings as well. Peter listened to what I had to... read more say and showed tremendous empathy. He explained the different reasons why my body responded the way it did. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family. This is why I gave Peter’s practice 5 stars.

He is so knowledgeable and was so honest about what was needed to achieve this goal. He worked closely with the timing of each cycle so whatever he was doing would coincide with the medication/treatment that my doctor put me on. I’ve been to other practices for acupuncture on and off for years and it seemed as though they would address too many issues at one time where Pete remained focused on the priority at hand. Today I have a beautiful and healthy 9 month old baby girl! I am so lucky I found him and couldn’t recommend him enough. I had a C4/5 herniated disk about 10 years ago that wound up with a fluoroscopy guided steroid epidural treatment for pain. About 3 years post procedure I was feeling weakness and tiredness in my neck especially at night. Not wanting to have another surgical procedure done, I decided to try acupuncture. Pete and his staff were very up front with what I could expect and what my out of pocket responsibility would be. We even discussed a treatment plan that would be best for me moving forward. I’ve now been a patient for about 6 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my neck. He’s helped me with not only pain management, but managing stress, anxiety and general maintenance.
