He is so knowledgeable and was so honest about what was needed to achieve this goal. He worked closely with the timing of each cycle so whatever he was doing would coincide with the medication/treatment that my doctor put me on. I’ve been to other practices for acupuncture on and off for years and it seemed as though they would address too many issues at one time where Pete remained focused on the priority at hand. Today I have a beautiful and healthy 9 month old baby girl! I am so lucky I found him and couldn’t recommend him enough. I had a C4/5 herniated disk about 10 years ago that wound up with a fluoroscopy guided steroid epidural treatment for pain. About 3 years post procedure I was feeling weakness and tiredness in my neck especially at night. Not wanting to have another surgical procedure done, I decided to try acupuncture. Pete and his staff were very up front with what I could expect and what my out of pocket responsibility would be. We even discussed a treatment plan that would be best for me moving forward. I’ve now been a patient for about 6 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my neck. He’s helped me with not only pain management, but managing stress, anxiety and general maintenance. I recommend DeCicco Acupunture to anyone looking for a non-surgical approach to getting their body back on track.

  Over the last 25 plus years I have tried acupuncture many times with many different acupuncturists. I have never liked it nor have I ever experienced any noticeable improvements. Although I was reluctant to try acupuncture again I decided to give it one more try especially after I found out that he had worked with my chiropractor who highly recommended him. Well I must say that it was well worth it! Peter has helped me so much! My pain is dramatically reduced in only a few sessions, I am no longer afraid of the needles, I sleep better and I actually look forward to my sessions! He is very kind, very gentle and extremely professional. I have been to 7 or 8 different acupuncturists and there is no doubt in my mind that Peter DeCicco is the best! WOW! My pain has reduced drastically & my medications have become almost unnecessary. I have now been going every week now for a couple months and plan to continue as I am learning that Dr DeCicco specializes in many forms of pain management. Within a few weeks, we knocked it down to once a week, but within two months of seeing her, my plantar fasciitis completely resolved itself. Lindsie is skilled and knowledgeable, and I could tell how passionate she is about her work and helping her patients. Besides Lindsie, I can also say the staff here is super helpful and lovely to work with. Michelle was always responsive to my emails and phone calls, helping me to schedule, reschedule, and gather statements for reimbursement through my insurance. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for these types of services, especially if you are passionate about your sport, like I am. These folks get it.

His office assistant Michelle is just as accommodating and professional. I was diagnosed and treated for biceps tendonitis in my dominant arm. I could barely move my arm and had terrible pain. Pete diagnosed me with confidence right away. At the end of my treatment, I was 100% healed with complete range of motion. I would most definitely recommend this place. In the first weeks that Peter worked on me I was able to pinpoint the exact areas that slowed me down. This was an improvement to just aching all over. And now I have an episode of discomfort (as when I over do it) now and then instead of daily powerlessness. I rarely recommend health professionals because people tend to create high expectations that can never be met. But here I did not hesitate. I have recommended Peter to friends who have tried traditional methods of pain care. They too are happy, and hence have also recommended friends and family.
